Daniel was great. Thought the email with is picture, introducing my tech was a good security feature. Daniel inspected the door and reviewed his findings, outlining was need to be done what was covered by AHS and gave me an estimate on the additional work. Daniel is a good technician.

Wonderful customer service and attention to detail from start to finish! We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new garage doors. So glad we went with Precision Door! I had no idea there were so many styles to choose from- it was quite an education. We ordered the insulated steel doors with the steel back in the updated long panel style. Our garage is much warmer now and much more quiet. This was a definite upgrade from the original wood doors that were in the house when we bought it. We also decided on their signature, upgraded, green spring and roller package because of the lifetime warranty. Such peace of mind knowing they’ll come fix any problem. The new garage door openers are whisper quite too! Everyone we worked with was top notch and extremely knowledgeable. Great experience! Susan Says…they’ll lift you up when you’re down!

Nicholas showed up first thing in the morning to help us out after our door got stuck. He very quickly diagnosed the problem and let us know our options. He was able to lower the door and show us how to keep it secure while we decide what our next steps are. Will be calling them again.

DJ was great. He came up the first day and replaced the springs and a couple of there things. When I checking the doors at night, I noticed the door wasn't closing all the way down. So l called DJ back and explained the issue, he came back again and fix it quickly.
Good service but really expensive. About $200 more than the other quotes I received but it was the only company my home was warranty would accept.

Knocked our very large and heavy door off the tracks with our truck. Nothing I could do because the door now jammed in a diagonal manner. This is an old custom cedar 18 foot wide that matches all other doors on the house so replacement was not what I wanted. The techician was here within 90 minutes after a call. Daniel Lay took a look and said there was no problem to fix this. RELIEF! He spent a few hours replacing broken hinges , new pulleys and straightened bent rails. He worked til 8pm. Daniel Lay is a magician and saved our 1984 custom built door. Nice guy too and all in the same afternoon! THANKS!

Robert is very professional and thorough from beginning to end. During our in-person estimate for new garage door openers, he ensured all our questions were answered and he explained each step of the install process. During the install, he kept the work area clean and it’s obvious he takes pride in his work. Little details didn’t escape his attention, e.g., stapling sensor wire to ensure it looks/stays tidy. We are impressed with his work and highly recommend him.
