We had an interesting situation where someone drove into our solid wood garage door, bending the the frame and trapping my wife's care inside. Tech "DJ" came out to check on my problem with a garage door opener and give me a price for replacing my 50-year old wooden flip door with a roll-up steel door. Chris Hannah and and Derek Cordova were perfect. They absolutely crushed my door install and even helped crush a few extra items in my garage I was ready to throw out anyway. My doors went from being 34 years old, wood, and barely able to open, to now a push of a button secures my home, opens and closes, and makes my family safe. Plus they were funny and very informative. Justin Pinkerton and his company, Precision Garage Door of Lynnwood, WA are exceptional. Justin rescued us from a garage door that was stuck in the down position and got everything working again. He replaced the springs, replaced the rollers, and added a surge protector. After 15 years— it’s like a new door. Expensive— but as Justin said, when you expect service to be perfect 2000 times a year without fail, you need a good product and competent service. I received both. Thank you.
