Four stars because they lost my appointment for noon. They rescheduled for the early evening, but their guy squeezed me in about 1pm. Otherwise, it was fine; he was just going to charge me for the minimum service call after making a fairly minor adjustment, but I sprang for new rollers on his suggestion. I have no way of knowing whether the charge was market rate.

Our garage door was making sounds when lowered so we called for service under warranty. Ben was on time and really friendly. He quickly assessed the problem as being the wheels not running smoothly through a couple areas on the tracks. After a short period of time he had straightened the tracks and the door was opening and closing smoothly with no sound. Everything was also covered by the warranty. A very happy customer.
