Though not available as an option in the pulldown menu for this review, I bought a garage door AND opener. There was a long wait for the product, but that was a manufacturing issue typical of the times we live in.
Precision was FANTASTIC! The rep who came out to measure, assess, discuss options was knowledgeable and thorough, especially given my garage was built in 1905 and has peculiarities. After I ordered, Madeline in the office was prompt and responsive to my check-ins on order status and also an order modification that I considered but decided against. The day of installation I was sent a pic of my tech, Matthew, and a little of his background info, so I know who's coming. That was great, a nice personal touch! Matthew was the BEST: communicative, professional, friendly, highly experienced and skilled - what a treat to have him do the job! I think his assistant was Jacob; very friendly and great to have here too. Excellent experience! Highly recommend!!
