Jeff was very nice. You could tell he was very detailed oriented. Unfortunately, the main reason for the service call was not completed as Jeff did not have the parts needed to adjust the rails on the 8x7 garage door that was only temporarily installed by Precession Door by Mike and Chris. Full install was never completed, but paid for.
Jeff did take notes on what parts he would need to properly install the garage door that was purchased per Invoice #52718605.
Now I am waiting for a lead time on parts so the work can complete. Can't really give an accurate review until the job is done.

Nathan was super knowledgeable and was able to educate us on the nuances regarding the wall mounted opener and our specific garage door. He identified things that we might be exposed to with this type of opener, specifically, losing the programming so he took time to teach us how to reprogram the opener. These were things that we weren't initially made aware of. He even took the time to analyze the opening and closing of the door as he felt it wasn't as smooth as he expected it to be. He made a small tweak to the track that seemed to help.

Caleb Oltmanns did a great job repairing our garage door. My wife had bugging me for several weeks because the door would go down to about 2 feet and then go right back up. Caleb showed up right at the beginning of the time slot. Tried several things only discover that the person that installed the opener sensors didn't twist the wires before putting on the wire nut causing a disconnect when the door would get close to the bottom. He was super professional and willing to answer all my questions.
If all your technicians are like him, you have a Grade A team.

Biggest issue we have is with the quality of the finishing and paint job on the doors/hardware. Doors have noticeable scratches/dings. Powder coated rails have multiple spots where bare metal is visible and the coating is chipping off (I can remove it by gently rubbing off my thumb).Our expectations were a lot higher for the finished product, we didn't expect doors that look already used.
The quality control team should not have passed the product, or at a minimum should have communicated with the customer to check if that was acceptable.
Lights and wall panels were mounted without checking in with us first, holes were drilled in our newly remodeled and textured walls without communicating anything to us regarding the location or if we even want lights (we absolutely did not). Now we need to pay for a patch and paint job to fix that. The wall mounted openers were not installed in a location that make sense to us, we have to re-do that. We were home and present, why not check with us before installing?
We found leftover of plastic and packaging left around our yard.
