This place is a total rip off! I was told I’d be charged $90 for lube, inspection and spring calibration when I set up an appointment, but when the technician arrived (1.5 hours after the specified window), I was told the $90 was actually to just get the technician down there for an inspection. I had to pay $300 for a simple fix. The technician happened to be considerate, but I’d think twice from here on about working with this entity.

I got great service from Austin Kephart—he answered all my questions and reassured me that the repair he made—spring replacement—should last a lot longer than I had hoped. He was finished in less than an hour. Finally he made sure I knew how to open the garage door in case of a power outage, which was invaluable to me. (He was also very tolerant of my boisterous dog!)

Mike Rotermund is an excellent tech! Came on time. Was extremely professional; friendly; efficient; & knowledgeable! He explained what he would be doing, did it quickly & efficiently, cleaned up any and all tools, checked my garage door a couple more times before leaving to make doubly sure it is working properly before he left! I would give him 5 stars without question or any hesitation! I also applaud Precision 👏 for sending out a tech within 3 hours of my calling them!! Fabulous! Thank you immensely!

Jeff was very nice. You could tell he was very detailed oriented. Unfortunately, the main reason for the service call was not completed as Jeff did not have the parts needed to adjust the rails on the 8x7 garage door that was only temporarily installed by Precession Door by Mike and Chris. Full install was never completed, but paid for.
Jeff did take notes on what parts he would need to properly install the garage door that was purchased per Invoice #52718605.
Now I am waiting for a lead time on parts so the work can complete. Can't really give an accurate review until the job is done.

Nathan was super knowledgeable and was able to educate us on the nuances regarding the wall mounted opener and our specific garage door. He identified things that we might be exposed to with this type of opener, specifically, losing the programming so he took time to teach us how to reprogram the opener. These were things that we weren't initially made aware of. He even took the time to analyze the opening and closing of the door as he felt it wasn't as smooth as he expected it to be. He made a small tweak to the track that seemed to help.
