Anything over $500 is a rip-off. I paid $866. Am a senior citizen and a vet. Was I supposed to get a discount ($740)? Door did not function after he left.

I talked with Mr. Joseph about what I was seeing with our old garage door...ie, slow opening, lights blinking on garage door motor. I suspected the blinking lights were a sign of something bad. This opener was installed in 2004. After about 5 seconds of thought I decided to replace the motor, which Mr. Joseph did the next day. The replacement went faster than expected, was very smoothly done, and he reprogrammed the remotes, the key pad, and the cars.

received an estimate for new garage door, excited that I called and surprisingly they had someone out in 2 hours just to estimate a new door. i was impressed that i didn’t have to wait weeks. I'm still on the fence on the estimate and not thrilled that your estimate is only good for 10 days. and I feel like my pricing is on the higher end. but I am now limited on time to get other estimates . Chris was professional and educated me on doors and was not pushy for sales
