I actually had both a new garage door and opener installed last week by Matthew. He did a great job! It's exciting to have a new door after 61 years! However, there were two items missing from the install that I paid for: keyless key pad and an extra opener fob. I am waiting to hear from Precision as to when I will receive these items. Also, when I cleaned the glass in the garage door, it appears to me that there is something (smudges) inside the glass (I think it's two-pane glass) as I couldn't remove the marks during my cleaning with Windex. I believe the glass was put in by the manufacturer, so it's not Matthew's fault. Can someone look at the glass when they come out with the pad and extra fob? Thanks Precision Door Service!!!

Service was good. The tech did a great job. Thank you for your service. I was not happy that I couldn’t get a printed receipt, and I couldn’t get a printed or email receipt for the down payment I made for my new doors, over $2500, down payment. I had to take a screen shot of his tablet. Not how I like to do business when making a major investment in home. This doesn’t seem like a professional way to conduct business. I called to schedule service for next week. The friendly operator told me that a tech could come out today, within and hour, or so. I told her that would be great but not to schedule him unless his truck would be fully stocked and able to replace our wall pads that your company sold us and installed when when got lift master openers, years before. The wall pads have never worked right and were very flimsy. The tech came on time but he did not have enough parts, or the right parts to make the repair. I was disappointed, frustrated, and angry that exactly what I didn’t want to happen, happened. Daniel was friendly, communicated well, and spent over an hour and a half trying to make things work, to no avail. Now I have to reschedule for service and hope that this time he will bring the right parts and be able to make the repair/replacement. I find it interesting that you sought my review before you could call me to reschedule service. You could call me for a further conversation if you would like as I am seeking to replace our 2 garage doors soon and my hope is to get better service from your company then this experience. Bryson showed up on time and found that our door only needed some silicon stray on hinges and shaft. He explained what he'd done and also told me that we should do this same spraying annually, and call for a maintenance service every 2 years (if no other issues arise). he was polite and very helpful. I called about a broken spring and he came out the next day. The trolley on my opener also broke due to the spring, so that needed replacing, too. Inspection showed my roller wheels and drum bearings also needed replacing. He did all this plus re-aligned my door track, replaced a broken hinge and lubricated everything. Door now operates like new, quiet and smooth. I'm very happy.
