Technician never came out for quote. Still waiting. Might just choose another vendor. Cannot keep waiting. 3rd time technicians tried coming to property at end of shift, only to tell me they were an hour and a half away etc. If quote cant be done this week, I will move on.

Good morning. Our experience with your company was very good! From phone call to your company to actual install, your service was flawless. Our call was schedulued for between 2-4 p.m. Tech. Antonio called early, asking if okay to come sooner. It worked well for us. We added an additional problem to the install, as we have a vintage car parked directly under the opener,which could not be moved. (it will be some time before it is mobile) After discussion, and steps taken to protect car, Antonio did the install. Your same day install was amazing! I was very impressed with the rapid response by Precision Garage Door service. At 8 AM I was on line booking an appointment, and optimistically checked the 10 AM to noon box. I got a call about 8:30 from the technician to find out whether he could come early! The work was first class. The door now operates perfectly. Certain parts of it are now upgraded from what was included when the door was new. The price was higher than I hoped it would be, but that's true about getting just about anything fixed these days. If my primary concern was finding some guy to do this for the least possible dollars I would not have been pleased, BUT my primary concern was getting the door fixed and having it done right. I feel like I got my money's worth, and the door works better than ever.

Very fast, responsive, and efficient, didn't charge me for a quote, and did the job of replacing an existing electric sliding driveway gate opener. Reasonable price. Not like others, suggest checking reviews of other companies in yelp, some really deserve their many one-star reviews. Not the case with Precision Garage Door Service. Is a growing company, a successful company due to the great service they provide. Is a 5 star plus.

Justin arrived on time and did a great job replacing the spring on our heavy garage door. He added an additional spring to support the heavy door and replaced the bearings and lubed the hinges. His experience and expertise was evident. After he completed the service, the door opens and closes more quietly and puts less load on the garage motor. My wife and I have used Precision before on our Colorado home and have always been very happy with the quality of service. Thanks Justin !

Ben was so nice and explained thoroughly what needed to be fixed. He even showed me how to release the door in case of a power outage. We just moved into this house and so I was unfamiliar with this door. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness and the time he spent making sure the garage door was fixed.

Great service! DJ was our tech and he was on time, communicated well, knowledgeable and fixed a problem that we were having that we had multiple service calls for. He investigated the issue, ruled out some things and got to the root of the problem and fixed it quickly. He also told us how to perform routine maintenance and safety procedures to get the most out of our doors and openers. Thank you to DJ for such a wonderful customer service experience.
