Wesley arrived on time, inspected the door throughly and gave us a very reasonable bid. I was expecting that the entire door might need to be replaced but he explained where and why the door will still hold for a long time. He saved us money and was able to get someone in same day. Top service!

Evan fixed the problem we had called about in short order. He was polite, efficient and helpful. He also suggested a review of both garage doors as we mentioned that they seemed noisier than they used to. He found two or three loose - and in one case - missing bolts or nuts. He fixed all that and was here for just over an hour. We are pleased with the results - and our neighbors likely are as well, as the doors are closing much quieter and smoother.

Ronald seemed very experienced, and took his time to examine all the potential issues of my garage door. He pointed out different failures (ball bearings in the rollers, the wood panels starting to crack) and it became apparent to me that the door is going to need to be replaced. He skillfully straightened and reinforced the left track to keep several of the broken rollers to stay in the track while I consider what I want to order (likely custom wood for an older bungalow style home). He answered all my questions, and I knew at the end of the service call what the next steps were. I hope you can assign him to install the new beautiful wood door I expect to order in the next couple weeks.
