Kyle Dye was right on time and took time to review the issues that we had with the existing garage door. He presented an estimate which we accepted. The main issue was the fear the garage door would not work and was so noisy that it sounded like it was coming off the tracks. He found the issue and immediately corrected our first fear of the sounds coming from the door. He did not suggest changing the rollers on the door although he was questioned about that. He said the rollers were fine and did not try to upsell us. We did buy a new garage door opener with a battery backup. We live in a place where the electricity commonly goes out. As we are senior citizens, physically raising an insulated double door is a chore. We were happy to learn about the battery backup. Lastly, Kyle was friendly, respectful and understanding.
