I'm very happy with the service provided by Precision Garage Door. We had a broken garage door due to accidentally hitting it with the car. The entire repair process was very smooth, predictable and at reasonable cost. The quality of work was very good. Highly recommended!

Karlou had replaced frayed cables on my chain drive opener two weeks ago. He looked at my lift master opener on the other side which hasn't been working. He ordered a new board which he thought was the problem. He returned today and installed, still wouldn't work. So he said my $100 deposit would be refunded. He was very courteous and efficient!

We contacted Precision Door Service for an estimate to repair or replace our garage door. Jake, the Precision Door Service technician, arrived on time and was very professional in providing the information we needed and the estimates. He didn’t try to pressure or upsell us in any way and showed genuine interest in giving us the right deal. As an extra bonus, Jake also took the time to fully close the broken garage door. When it broke, the door got stuck in a half-open state and it was a relief to see it closed, both for safety and to avoid the curious stares of the passersby. I highly recommend Jake and Precision Door Service for your garage door needs!

Carl is a very competent technicians. He identified the problem right away and got the door back in order quickly. He took extra time to make everything was properly aligned and eliminated any noise from the rails. In addition Carl is always very polite and takes time to listen

On June 24th, Wes Campbell exanimated and measured my garage where I had back into it. He hoped that we could just replace the bottom panel and not the whole door. Since it was a late Friday afternoon call and the manufactory had to be contacted he said he would get back to me the following week. I am still waiting for the him to get back to me. Ben and then the tech Jordan that came last Thursday have been great. Ben even when he had to tell me it would be 18 weeks to fix, and the tech when he called before he got there to tell me one of the panels had been damaged in shipping. Both were very apologetic and helpful with solutions. Kept me updated as we went. Would definitely go with Precision Doors again. AND I have already referred two other neighbors
