Bryson did a fantastic job assessing my outdated broken genie garage door opener. He determined that the motor was fired and offered me the three products that his company shares. He also went over a lot of technical data and helped my make the best decision fir my needs and budget. His knowledge of the equipment and the insight on different brands wells very insightful. Initially I just wanted a quote but quickly changed my mind due to the friendly services I was being provided by Bryson. He truly represents his company well. His installation was very thorough and he walked me through tall the components and how they work. He also watched to ensure I could understand and operate everything, to include how to program the outside keypad. I am more than satisfied with this service, especially since my garage opener broke early this morning. To have it fixed and have a much better quality product makes me feel confident in its performance.
