Your tech was one the very best I have had. I have had your service many times. So I am used to your type of great service. But today Bryson brought an entirely new level of tremendous service. He went beyond making sure me and my family were taken care of. Didn’t not rush even though he was well beyond his “hours”. Now I have a fully functional door and while I always believed Precision was a solid company i now have personal proof. I expressed my desire to change from extension springs to torsion springs on my two garage doors, arranging for a two hour window the following day via e-mail. Justin arrived early within that two hour window, assessed my needs, and presented options available. I expressed my choice and to my delight he had brought everything needed to complete the job without having to arrange a return appointment. Justin presented in a very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly manner. Work was done most efficiently and quality products used - a must for me. I had some difficulty getting through for an appointment, but it was probably because I originally called the service in through our home warranty. Once I finally got someone who could book the appointment, things went smoothly. The technician appeared on time, was very COVID-19 safe and was pleasant. He walked me through my issue, gave me 3 different options for getting it working again and fixed it quickly. Very nice, pleasant gentleman. Pleased with the service! Thanks again.

Although it has only been one day so i cannot yet comment on the workmanship. Justin Walker was great. He explained in detail my options and why i needed them. Called ahead of time to verify he was on his way. Sent picture of himself so I would know him when he arrived. Introduced himself and was very complete in explaining the problem and what needed to be done. Explain different options and payments. Went right to work and completed in very little time. Went over what he had done and the care needed to maintain the garage door. Very professional and knowledgeable in his work. Highly recommend Justin to anyone having trouble with their garage door.
