He explained exactly what he was going to do, and then he worked non-stop for a bit over four hours, without even taking his lunch break at noon! When he finished, he showed us what he had done and made sure that we were totally satisfied. He answered all of our questions plus gave us advice on how to maintain the door. DJ called in advance to keep us informed of his projected arrival time. Extremely pleasant to deal with and projected confidence in his ability to diagnose and solve the problem. He took the extra step in educating us about garage door maintenance, in particular the kind of lubrication to use. Based on this initial interaction, we are quite pleased with the quality of Precision Door Service and the caliber of professional employees they have to serve their customers. While we don't hope to see DJ again any time soon, if we need service in the future and knowing he is on the way allows us to relax, knowing the job will be done right the first time.

The technician promised to come one day and then send her not enough supplies. I had gotten time away from work to meet him at home which was an inconvenience for me. He said he would come the next day and he did however your customer service rep said they would waive the initial visit fee. When I told him of that he said he would not do the diagnostic check and just basically gave me my product that I was asking for. When I called the customer service rep again they offered to give me back the They offered to give me back the charge for that item. If I calling you again I would prefer to not have that same technician. Thank you for returning actually refunded my money.
