IT WAS FANTASTIC! All my interactions with this company have been excellent. As soon as I made the appointment they emailed me with all the information and confirmation. They emailed me a photo and a bio of Carlos shortly before he arrived and as soon as the job was done the invoice was already in my in-box. I am truly amazed at how good everything was handled. Carlos was professional and helpful, he explained everything and gave me options. Carlos and his partner, Antonio, were on time and even called a few minutes before arriving to let me know they were on their way. I chose Precision because they are local but I will always use them because they are good!

Super happy with my new garage door opener and new garage door. Although the initial wait time for my door was rather long , it was worth the wait! Everyone at this company is super professional and they have awesome customer service which sometimes is very hard to find these days. Pricing was reasonable and came with a lifetime warranty.
