Only gripe is that our time window was 2-4 and we had to rearrange our schedules for a 6 pm visit because the scheduler double booked the technician. Other than that it was great service, friendly technician, straight to the point, and would use this company again. Thanks for the great service!

The service tech Nathan was a pleasure to work with. He was very efficient and thorough evaluating and resolving the issue with the door. He phoned in that he was ahead of schedule and was able to complete his work in about an hour. He was very respectful of my home and property. He left my garage in the same condition as when he arrived. When I need assistance with the garage door again, I know I will call Precision!!

I was able to book Precision online with a ton of immediate availability. JP was awesome! He quieted our new house's garage door, fixed our sensors, and got our openers all set up for us. I am super impressed with this company and will always pick them for service. It was super reasonable in price too!

JP was fantastic! We just bought this house and the garage door was screaming at us. JP made sure to quiet it down. He made sure to take the time to educate me on how to best maintain the garage door which was much appreciated. He also taught me some tricks and made sure everything was set up for me before leaving. I will never use another garage door company again.

The guy that came out was polite, friendly, and courteous. He was exactly on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the door and told me how much it would be to correct/fix the problem and explained what he needed to do. After the ‘ok’ he was done and tested everything in front of me so I was confident in his work. He had the part on his truck to fix, snd showed me where he had done service adjustments snd lubrication on the door parts without charge to make them smoother and more quiet. Great service person and would highly recommend. This guy should get a raise- I wish they were all like that.
