Austin is such a good person. His professionalism and expertise was exemplary. He knew immediately the problem I was having with my non-working garage door. Austin showed me exactly what the problem was and then proceeded to explain what to do if the issue happens again. Unfortunately, my issue was purely due to human error. But, upon further inspection, Austin pointed out to me the existing garage door springs were over 15 years old, therefore, he, "only recommended," I think about replacing them sometime in the future. He said the existing garage door springs could last months or even a few more years. Because Austin did not pressure me, which is extremely important, and because I knew eventually the springs would have to be replaced, I decided I would go ahead and have them replaced. Austin is very knowledgeable, he is very precise and quick, will go that extra mile, and takes great pride in his work. Precision, you must be proud to have Austin on your team.

Mr. Joseph arrived on time and immediately assessed the problem, showed me what was wrong, explained the repairs that needed to be done, and gave me an estimate. I decided to move forward with the repairs and it was done within an hour. He also gave me tips on how to keep my garage door opener and door in good working order. I am very happy with the job he did.

Ben Bahr was wonderful. He put in my new garage door opener. He adjusted the doors so they would seal better to keep out the cold air. The garage opens so smoothly and is much quieter than my old opener. We have 2 doors so he programmed the 2 openers so they would work on the same control. He also went over the guarantee and made me feel confident in the product he just installed. He left his card if I had any problems or questions. He made sure the floor was free of screws and was neat and tidy.
