Jordan was not our tech and also didn't communicate with us on any different arrangements. However. With covid we understand about changes but we were told we could communicate with any questions and heard nothing. Instead Matthew Guerrero today installed our new the garage door and he was incredibly detailed, professional, and courteous. Please give him our best he was great.

Great Service by Justin Walker. He answered all of my questions respectfully and completely all the while never making me feel as though I was trying to make him the shell answer man. He gave me all of my options for my needs and defined the openers pros + cons. I also had him service the door and replace rollers with the high quality bearing rollers. The 16' garage door has never worked so good. He cleaned up and instructed me in the use of my new opener giving me advice on all of the new tech advancements that have now put into openers.
