Whoa, it sounded like a shotgun went off in my garage! Come to find out the springs on my garage door had snapped from old age and needed to be replaced. A friend recommended Precision as they had used them in the recent past and had been pleased with the service. I gave them a call and I'm glad I did. Knowing that the door would not open without the springs, Justin Walker at Precision made time in his schedule to come out to my house by 12:30 on that same day. He explained what needed to be done, let me know that replacing both springs was the better way to go since the other one would likely snap in the near future, and was able to get the job done in about 40 minutes. My door is now back up and running, I have a warranty on the springs and installation, and all at what I would consider a reasonable price for Mr. Walker's professional service. I will certainly recommend Precision and Justin Walker to others in the future.

This call was for a routine Lube & Tune, but also to reprogram my keyless entry which had somehow lost its programming and was not working. I called to schedule the appointment on Tuesday and the technician was here on Friday. He arrived within the time frame and I was notified both of the confirmation of the appointment and also received a text when the technician was on the way. The technician was friendly and helpful and explained the work that was being done. The work was done efficiently and quickly and the charges were fully explained to me. This is the third (or maybe fourth) service I have had done by Precision and I have been very happy with the service I have received.

Below is a post I made on my HOA website describing my experience with Justin Walker and Precision: Unfortunately the large spring that helps operate the garage door broke unexpectedly causing the door to slam shut which resulted in damaging the motor.  Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was the first company that came up on my internet search.  With a very high star rating I decided to call.  From the Chat function on the website to scheduling thru the install of the parts was top rate.  I don't give 5 star ratings very often but Justin Walker the technician and the entire experience with this company gets my 5 stars.  Justin happens to live on JBLM and services the South Sound even thou the company is based in Seattle.  If you have a garage door problem I highly recommend Precision and Justin in particular.
