I was unaware of the process of maintaining the garage door, especially after a number of years of operation. I asked DJ to inspect the door area after he had done some work in the neighborhood, I made an appointment, he promptly showed up (after an email reminder had been sent previously). He repaired the door seal, replaced rollers , offered some advice on other items, recommended a product to do long term maintenance. The door works well, and is very quiet in operation now. I appreciated his prompt attention to the problem, his professionalism, and customer service attitude.

Mr Duchamp arrived on time, gave a great detailed assessment on what needed done as well as giving many tips on proper garage door maintenance. Very polite and I enjoyed speaking with him through the process. Very professional. I’m usually a do it yourself person but I’m glad I went this route. Less than an hour to complete the project and performed minor adjustments on my garage door opener as well. Very satisfied in work quality.

Appointment time was same day and within the two hour window. Tech called when on his way and also received a text from company with a picture of the tech. Austin explained everything and I was given a choice of parts. (good-better-best) Repair was completed in less than an hour. It took a while to get the part I needed to replace my existing opener with a new one with a battery back-up, but my service tech kept me well-informed of the status of the order. Once the part was received, the service call was quickly scheduled and the tech showed up when scheduled. He accomplished the work efficiently and explained everything thoroughly.
