I was able to schedule a visit for the next day, all online, and Technician was able to show up early, but contacted me first. He was courteous and able to answer all my questions, presented several options which included some preventative measures, and then completed all the work at that time, leaving nothing to clean up. Overall I'm very happy with the level of workmanship and can feel confident my garage door will continue to operate as expected for several years to come. Precision will continue to be my first choice for future needs.

Ben and Nick came out and both are definitely worthy of 5 excellent stars plus one extra star! On time arrival, very professional, very friendly, maintained Covid protocol, worked tirelessly, completed the job, cleaned up everything, removed old product. Basically the job was like magic. A snap of the fingers...we had old, they put in new, and our garage looked brand new-like no one had even been there! To say that we are happy is an understatement of the day! Thank you so much!!

I had a crooked garage door for a week before Precision door technician (Dakota Walsh) came in to service it. The weather played a role in postponing my appointment multiple times, but the Precision Door specialists were accommodating. Despite dense ice on my driveway, the technician arrived 10 mins earlier than planned and fixed my GD, answered questions that I had, and overall I am impressed with the quality of service, responsiveness, price, and the knowledge of the technician.
