Was told that doors ordered would be in stock and take only 3 weeks for installation. Contract signed June 16th. It is now September 8 and I have tried to call and email your company to find out why its taking so long. The inly response is a blanket email about covid delays. If that was an issue I wish we would have been told that up front. I have requested a call back or email back more then a couple times with no reply. I have not been able to reach a human since I signed the contract. Very unhappy with customer service. I want to know what your going to do to make this right. If I don't get a call from someone I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the customer protection division of the attorney general.

Wow, what a great customer service rep you have in Justin Walker. Is the installation of my new garage door opener came with a lot of information that needed to be reviewed with me. Well I did find some of the mechanics of the thing a bit daunting, I have to give him credit for being so patient and repeating certain things to me more than once.
