Ben was terrific! He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He uploaded our copy of our original purchase receipt from 2009, so that it was on record with your current billing/records system. Ben quickly installed/replaced the broken coils, and double checked all other components of the garage door opener. He verified that the replacement parts and work was covered via our lifetime warranty. He left our garage area as clean as it was when he arrived. I was so happy with Ben's efficient work that I totally forgot about giving him a tip for his hard work until after he left. My apologies to Ben!
