Very responsive service! One of our garage doors was damaged and was stuck in the open position. It was early evening, it was freezing temperature outside and we could not alarm the house overnight. Given the situation we asked PG to come immediately in the evening, rather than the next day. They accommodated our request (despite full emergency schedule) and Justin (technician) was on site within 10 minutes and was able to repair and close the door for the night. I have been using PG since 7 years, had all my doors, engines, rails built / maintained by them. Great service right when you need it!

Technician came on Tuesday evening and could not fix. Needed to contact door opener company during the day. Came back on Thursday am and determined we needed a new jack shaft. Covered under warranty! Got new garage door and opener from them a couple Years ago so it was good they honored warranty! Only had to pay for the service call.
