I have always been pleased with Precision Door service and have been a customer for many years. You originally replaced our old solid wood doors with the much better metal garage doors we have now. You have also replaced both garage door openers. The excellent service continued today. Carl was on time (actually ahead of time). He was professional and courteous and performed the spring replacement in a timely manner. He answered my questions and gave easy to understand explanations of an unrelated issue I was having. Please send us a copy of the work done and an invoice. We were charged $300, I was told it was $89 for the first 30 minutes plus parts. I would like to know why were charged $300. The garage door was fixed.
