Karlou came out the same day I called - I was stunned at how fast Precision was able to get out to my house! We figured out my problem most likely was a new Router I had installed was probably the reason for my garage door issue. He didn’t charge me anything! Gave me his card and suggested I call him back if the reprogramming didn’t fix the problem. I was very happy with Katlou and will call Jim back if the problem still persists!!!

Daniel arrived on-time and was very efficient in installing our new garage door and openers. He was extremely friendly / courteous and thoroughly cleaned up when the job was completed. Daniel walked through the operation process and also provided guidance on how to set up the Homelink system in my two cars. Overall an A+ experience!

Showed up on time and quickly assessed our situation. Was able to give us an estimate for the cost of the repair and proceeded with repairing the door. Unfortunately the door sustained to much damage when it broke prior to Sean coming out and repairing it. Sean was able to make the door functional and safe for use without our garage door opener by adding a handle and attaching extra support to the garage door panels. Sean gave us an estimate for a new repair and recommended the right type of door for the future. We look forward to using Precision in the future when we make the switch to a new garage door.
