We are very pleased with the service. We needed an additional remote control garage opener. This was done quickly. Initially only one of the door was programmed due to a miscommunication. I called back and the tech Karlou was sent back almost immediately. Very curteous. He fixed the remote today at no extra costs. 🙂. We are happy and will use them again.

Ben was wonderful to work with as he explained what was causing our garage door motor to stop working. Ben inspected the entire system and then went through what he found. The big surprise was that the motor was from 1996. It had been working fine for about 20 years and its time had come. Ben walked us through different repair options and costs and we decided to go with a full repair, replace the motor, the sensors, etc. He did a complete tune-up and replaced just about everything but the garage door. We even got the garage door keypad replaced which hadn't been working for years. After he completed the work he walked me through what he had replaced and showed me how to use the manually garage door opener if the power goes off and you happen to get closed inside the garage. We are very happy with the work Ben did and found him very easy to work with. Good communication and great attention to details. Thanks Ben!

I could not have been more pleased with Precision Door, and my technician, Carl Richardson. I liked the ease of booking an appointment, and the follow up they provided with texts and phone calls as to when he would arrive. Once at my home, he diagnosed the problem, explained the options, and allowed me to make the decision that best met my circumstance. When we decided on a course of action, he had all the parts on his truck and was able to complete the job at that time. When he finished he explained to me what he had done, I paid the bill and he was on his way. I was particularly pleased that the diagnosis of the issue and the repair could be done in the same appointment. I would highly recommend this company.

Mike was super professional in trying to reset the codes with my opener and new remote after my old one stopped working. Knowing I would need to replace my very ancient garage opener, he was very good at explaining and sending by email an estimate for a new opener. He did a great job at replacing the burnt out light bulb in my old opener as a courtesy!

The spring was not broken yet. it was in bad shape. Replacing both cost $500. Karlou is a good technician, but it is kind of too expensive.

Carl Richardson was ahead of schedule so he arrived hours earlier than scheduled! And we had just scheduled our appointment within the hour. We were debating between repairing our garage door and getting a new door - we ended up doing both! Carl installed a new garage door spring, and fixed the roller which was slightly off and the cable. Same day service is a bonus! Carl was very professional and seemed knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. We have a low clearance garage so our current garage door does not allow us to open up the car trunks fully. The new garage door will add 10-12 inches of clearance for opening our car trunks. Plus we ordered windows in our new garage door which will provide more natural light, and a better garage door opener. Due to COVID, it will take 9-11 weeks which is ok since we are working on other house projects!

Mike was very Professional and noted several problems regarding the installation by DOOR PRO, the contractor who was contracted by COSTCO to do the installation. Mike did an excellent job and I will recommend Precision to any of my neighbors who may have any problems with their garage door(s). I truly appreciated Precision's promptness in being able send Mike Rotermund to meet my needs today in a very timely fashion. One of the springs broke and since it was not of good quality - only lasted 4 years - I approved replacement of that spring plus the other one with your premium quality torsion springs - Powder coated and weather resistant. Many thanks again Mike for the Outstanding job and noticing all of the other problems with my garage door installation.

I had Chris come out to install 2 powered strikes. I originally had another contractor in place to install these but they never could seem to get out and install them. I called and talked with your commercial division Chris came out with in a few days and installed the strikes. Chris did a wonderful job he went beyond just installing the strikes he adjusted the doors is also ordering other hardware for me to repair the occupancy indicators on the doors. Chris is a great value to your company. I will be asking for him to be the one that works on my doors from now on.
