The tech was Evan. He called when 15 minutes from the house. He asked the right questions to understand my concerns, provided an estimate & options after an inspection. Before he left he made sure my questions were answered again & walked me through the job. Because of CoVid, Evan honored protocols without my prompting. He was professional & personal. Once again, I am pleased that I chose Precision.

Chasen and his assistant were excellent! They were on time, very polite, took time to fully understand the problem I was having and also inspected everything. Their repair was completed and everything works perfectly. They even tightened some loose screws on the door of which I was unaware. I appreciate their service very much.

Showed up on time and quickly assessed our situation. Was able to give us an estimate for the cost of the repair and proceeded with repairing the door. Unfortunately the door sustained to much damage when it broke prior to Sean coming out and repairing it. Sean was able to make the door functional and safe for use without our garage door opener by adding a handle and attaching extra support to the garage door panels. Sean gave us an estimate for a new repair and recommended the right type of door for the future. We look forward to using Precision in the future when we make the switch to a new garage door.
