Ben is great! Due to a recent power outage, I was having a hard time setting my garage opener to manual due to a broken pull cord. He was willing to fix the problem but also offered the option of installing a battery for these situations. We also had Ben clean up the wiring between the unit and open switch as the original installer did a very sloppy job. Looks good now! Finally, we also had a regular maintenance done on both garage openers so now they are running smoother and quieter.

Justin arrived on time and did a great job replacing the spring on our heavy garage door. He added an additional spring to support the heavy door and replaced the bearings and lubed the hinges. His experience and expertise was evident. After he completed the service, the door opens and closes more quietly and puts less load on the garage motor.
My wife and I have used Precision before on our Colorado home and have always been very happy with the quality of service.

I requested and online appointment on Friday late afternoon for a Saturday morning appointment. The appointment was confirmed right away and the services tech, Michael, arrived at the appointed time. A thorough inspection was done, and Michael listened to and understood the problem with the door as I described it.
