This review is for the installation of the new garage opener not the opener itself for time will tell, my service tech was Justin Pinkerton. He was on time and even called to let me know that he was on his way, which you don't see much anymore. once he arrived Justin went to work inspecting every aspect of the garage door. he was very informative, and I even learned a few things about torsion springs and their life cycles to boot. After discussing my options with Justin, I decided to have the springs replaced and a new opener and rollers. I was pleasantly surprised that he was not trying to upsell me and gave me many price options to. There was no pressure at all. Once we decided on what work was to be done Justin got right on it and a couple of hours later it was finished. With myself having a long experience with construction and finish work,(and smart enough to know to leave the torsion springs to the pros) I was extremely impressed with the quality of his installation, then Justin went over the operation of the new opener with me. now what real sold me on Precision door service's was the fact that after Justin had left I started to have an issue with the opener itself was giving an error code and would not close, I called Justin right away (they acutely give you a direct cell number to the tec, unlike others were you have go true the main office) now mind you this was a Friday afternoon appointment and Justin was already half way across town, he could of easily put it off till Monday but turned right around to address the issue. turned out that the opener was defective and would need to be replaced. Justin then got the door closed and secured for the night then set a appointment for the next day to replace the unit. as with the first day Justin was on time and called ahead with a arrival time, and the new opener works beautiful now. I cannot say enough about the service that I received from Precision doors, if the rest of the technicians are half as good as Justin was you are in good hands with Precision Doors. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THEM.
