I called mid afternoon to see about getting our garage door fixed, as it was stopping about half way up. When I was told the technician could come out early that same evening, I was surprised.
Justin came out, diagnosed the problem, and gave me fix options. We picked the option that made the most sense for us, and he efficiently corrected our issue.
No high pressure up sell, or drama of any kind. Just courteous, and professional!
