Torsion spring broke causing difficulty opening and closing our garage door due to its immense weight. I made an appointment online with Precision Garage Doors and Taylor came out a week later to give me an estimate and do the repairs. He actually arrived two hours earlier than my appointment window, which meant I could have the garage door repaired sooner rather than later. Taylor was knowledgeable about the problem and had everything in his truck for the repair, which took about an hour. I am happy with the results and ability to park in my garage again.
