Precision Door Service was quick and responsive! Austin arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the problem and gave me quotes for repair and replace. Seeing as my current garage door opener was about 20yrs old I went ahead and replaced. Work was done very quickly. Cleaned everything up and walked me through on how to use remote and wall unit. Very pleased and highly recommended! On a side note this was all on a Sunday!

Technician realigned the door, but the alignment still not proper, Weather guard was messed up, left side of the door is way too up and right side in way too down, could see sunlight coming from left side, only estimate given for realignment and then later added oiling and greasing and charged 60$ without giving the estimate for it, very shoddy job and overpriced, very bad quality

I had a bit of trepidation/resignation about this service, having had no experience with garage door replacement before and seeing so many unhappy client reviews on different company sites. Wes came on time (even offered me an early appointment), was consultative all of the way and transparent about what was wrong with my very old door and what to expect with a replacement. Ultimately, the estimate cost less than I was expecting (given the non-standard size and space) and I was satisfied with the outcome. He even adjusted my existing opener so that I could survive for the next couple of months while waiting for the custom order. Looking forward to a smooth install.
