When your excellent technicians were here, there was one part (two for two doors) they were missing. I paid for devices in each of the doors that could be used to open the door if the mechanical door openers failed. The devices that they had with them were too small, because the doors are very thick. They indicated that a larger size had been ordered, and should arrive within a week or two.
Could you tell me where this matter stands?
