0 stars for your office staff that got my name totally wrong (Phil Lemoine, not Ken Stark), didn't notify your service department that our condo garage door unit is a commercial one and also gave the service people a wrong address. 5 stars to your service person Ben who was a residential person but was successful in getting Mike who drove down from Arlington the same day and fixed our problem.

The technician promised to come one day and then send her not enough supplies. I had gotten time away from work to meet him at home which was an inconvenience for me. He said he would come the next day and he did however your customer service rep said they would waive the initial visit fee. When I told him of that he said he would not do the diagnostic check and just basically gave me my product that I was asking for. When I called the customer service rep again they offered to give me back the They offered to give me back the charge for that item. If I calling you again I would prefer to not have that same technician. Thank you for returning actually refunded my money.

We had a new door with full package ordered and which include remote access via mobile and a remote control opener for our car. The first time none was installed or set up correctly so called the customer service to send someone to fix it. They sent a young man who asked me to read the manual while he claimed on the ladder to Acess the motar and to tell him the steps as to how to set it up. I was loss for words as I asked him how come he does not know how to set up the remote opener. He then went to the van and came back and said he is leaving, he lost the remote opener and need to get another one. I got so upset and requested that he look for it. He came after a while and said he found it and said it's set up and left. It did not work. We had to go out of the country and when we returned I called again. They sent another and he wanted to charge and I explained what happned and he said he was not informed of any of it, just asked him to come. So he said it's fixed and gave me the remote and it does not work to date. We got the highest package and this is what we got. Manual door with no remote. I am beyond disappointed. I was in Europe and just returned. I am going to write this review online.
