Justin arrived well ahead of schedule, but called ahead to inform us. He arrived in a timely manner, was clean and polite, even while observing protocols for "social distancing" due to the current coronavirus pandemic. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem and explained the price of the repairs. After we agreed to proceed, he quickly went to work and completed the job in short order.
