Outside keypad was not programmed, i had to call him to program the keypad. He did walk me thru.
Now yesterday i discovered that my second car (FJCruiser) lost the pairing with the opener, as he reset the opener, and it is still not programmed. It was working fine prior to the resetting the opener.
As a customer service rep, he should have checked what other devices needs to be taken care after resetting the opener, before leaving the work site.
Recommendation - he should follow a checklist to avoid this in future.
