The price is higher than what i expected but it is not anyone fault. I should have looked up the price to get an idea before hand instead of being surprise by that. Jake was very good in keeping distance and careful of not touching my CC when I paid. I appreciate very much his carefulness to make us and him safe in this environment. The technician was friendly and knowledgable, and tried his best to maintain social distancing while wearing a face covering. The overall cost of the new opener was more than I would have thought as the most expensive package on Amazon was under $400.00. This is what kept me from giving a 5 rating.

Wonderful experience!! The service technician contacted me to make sure it was OK for him to arrive early as he was ahead of schedule which I appreciated. Chasen was wearing a mask and social distancing during all of our interactions. He also did a fantastic job of explaining everything he was doing during his troubleshooting and assessment of the issue. Also explained my options available to me to fix the issue going through the differences and payment options. Completed the work same day after patiently waiting for me to decide which option I wanted to go with. Chasen completed the work in a timely manner and left my garage even cleaner than when he arrived! Ran me through all the new equipment he installed and answered all my questions. This is the second time I’ve used Precision and will be a customer for life.

I am disappointed that an attempt to charge a service fee was included. I received an email from Rebecca Coyle Customer Service Manager stating that I would get a free onsite estimate. That is why I scheduled a service call. I was also told by the representative I spoke with today that the estimate would be free as well.
If a potential customer cannot believe an email from the company how can I as a consumer be protected. Per the email there should be no charge & I will be happy to forward the email that was sent. Per the email I will not pay for an estimate.

The call for repair was to secure a broken glass aluminum door that got a rock through it.
Technician did some random work on another door and then left. No call as promised. Even dispatch couldn’t reach him after he left. Our warehouse remains unsecure and we now have two men waiting for tech to return or call.
Hoping this all ends well and we don’t get charged for fixing a door that was still operational. Hoping to get a call sooner than later. 6:12 pm now?
