I'm not happy because I ordered a garage door 2 months ago and I am still told, "no door is in yet, no idea when it will come in, we will call you when it comes in but cant do anything until it does and we have no idea when it will come in". This is a problem. I was told 6-8 weeks so when I try to connect at 6 weeks I was given the feeling I was an inconvenience to call them to try and get a communication. I tried again to connect at 8 weeks still no idea of when a door may come if it will come? I am beginning to lose any confidence a door is coming and we are past the expectations which is a breach of what I was told before I purchased the door.
