We had purchased 3 New garage Doors and one opener and I wanted an installers input on what I would need to do in removing existing shelving in one of the bays. Daniel was great and very professional and helpful. On another note we weren't very happy in finding out that our original order had to be re-ordered putting us behind an additional 3 weeks to one month. We've been waiting on painting our house until the garage doors were installed but now aren't sure that's a good idea. Will most likely cost us more to have the painter paint the house and have to come back to paint the garage doors and any trim that would need touching up after the doors are installed. I know things happen but just disappointed.

Our garage door was operating in an unusual way and we were fearful about closing it thinking that a spring was getting ready to pop on us or our vehicle. We didn't want to leave the garage door open all night. I called Precision around 3:30pm and they scheduled an emergency appointment for us on the same night for no extra charge! Our technician, Robert, was about two hours early, which worked even better. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He fully inspected both garage doors and although he could not find any issue, he was very gracious about it and installed safety cables into the springs, which gives us greater peace of mind in the event they do go at some point. We are happy that we called Precision and appreciate their email and text communications as well as contact from the technician to let us know when they were coming. This is a very well-organized outfit and we look forward to continuing business with them!

Great experience from quote to finished install! We needed a new garage door for our new home and Wes came out the day I called and gave us pricing right away after first checking if they could just fix the existing door (which we decided against). He found us a discounted door in stock and we got an appointment the next week! The installer, Chris, was super kind and efficient. He walked me through use and care before he left - overall super happy with Precision.

Christopher Tiffany did an excellent job repairing the garage door. He showed up approximately 4:00 pm and began work on the door right away. The spring broke on the door which resulted in the door not opening. Christopher knew what he was doing and he provided me with as detailed estimate and options needed to repair the broken spring. He was clear in what he had to say and went to work right away repairing the door. I was very pleased with the work he completed. I would highly recommend him. I would like to extend my appreciation to Jake Bawden, the technician, who came to my home on Monday, to do measurements and go over options with me, regarding my garage doors and door openers. Chris did a fabulous job determining what was causing the issues with the recently installed new door and correcting items that were not done properly during the install. After adjusting the spring/brackets and reinforcing the lifter track, Chris found problems with 3 door panel brackets and replaced them
