Both Jeff and Ronnie were great! We still need to resolve the misplaced order for my 8x7 third door and the $200 difference in costs. I’d highly advise Precision to communicate precisely what is or is not included on the bid. I was under the full impression we were receiving motors, remotes and keypad based on my conversation with Wes the salesman. While they were not listed on the bid, I was assuming they were included with the price of the doors. But we managed to come to an understanding.

Precision Door always comes through for us! When we first owned our house, we used a different door company and it seemed we were calling them (and paying them!) on a regular basis. Not so with Precision: We purchased a new motor from them a number of years ago and if/when we have any garage door issues at all they take care of it. Today their service guy, JP Felix came out because we were having a problem closing our garage door. JP was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. He fixed our problem and took the time to explain how to operate our door in the event of a power outage, as it now operates a little differently than it did before. He also offered to make sure our other garage door was operating efficiently. I felt very comfortable having JP at our home during this time of the Corona Virus. Best part was that I called in the late morning and Precision sent JP out and had our door fixed within 2 hours. It was all around simply great customer service and I highly recommend using Precision Door!

I had two services performed. 1st was a garage door tune up which was done as described, on schedule, and there were no attempts to upsell even though we asked for a quote for replacement. The simply quoted it out, no pressure, and even said, we could go a while now that we had the tune up. 2nd was the actual garage door replacement. The only gripe was it did take about 8 weeks to get the doors in. Once they were in, the communication was great, the install was done again on time, and our tech was great. Doors were installed and are running great. I could not be happier.

Needed the annual tune-up, and just before scheduling one of the door wheels popped out of the track. Carlou fixed the wheel and completed the tune-up in a fast and friendly manner. I couldn't have been more satisfied with his work.
