5 Stars to Precision Door for their outstanding customer service and quality workmanship. At approximately 1:30 p.m. on November 9, I called Precision Door to inquire about getting a new garage door. By 3:30 p.m. that same day, estimator Chris T. was at our house. He measured the door, discussed our options, made the sale and scheduled installation for the next day! By 6:30 p.m. on November 10, our new garage door and updated garage door opener were installed. Chris H. was a pleasure to have doing the work and was very professional. We are completely satisfied.

my old garage door opener quit working and Antonio came out on a Sunday and fixed it. It had stripped its gears because the rollers were binding in the track and because it was nearly 40 years old. He replaced the warn rollers, adjusted the track and put in new gears. It works so nice now. I'm very pleased with the service

From start to finish, I would use these guys all over again. They sent a photo of who would be arriving, they called before arriving, and they were right on time. The attention to this appointment was excellent. The techs seemed to understand the issue very well and they figured out the problem immediately. They offered a bid and were able to fix it that day.
