Our tech was Antonio Maes. He was very nice, communicative, and efficient. He suggested replacing the logic board of our opener, which was still under warranty. (Our door has accidentally opened twice now on its own). He also recommended installing a surge supressor on the outlet, and adding keypad entry. Great service!
