It took a while to get the part I needed to replace my existing opener with a new one with a battery back-up, but my service tech kept me well-informed of the status of the order. Once the part was received, the service call was quickly scheduled and the tech showed up when scheduled. He accomplished the work efficiently and explained everything thoroughly.
