Mike was on time and both called and texted to let us know when he would arrive. he assessed our broken spring and gave us our options for repair. it took him less than a half hour to get the new spring in and do all the adjustments. Very professional and easy to work with. Also, they were able to get the repair done in less than 24 hours from our call. Very satisfied!

Great service. This was the second time using Precision Garage Door. We had some very old doors that were literally falling apart. Called on Sunday with Carl making it out on the same day to assess and diagnose . We were able to a get a quote on 2 new door systems on the spot. Monday received a call that we were all set for install on Tuesday. Matt showed on time and handled the job for us. He answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfied. The doors look great and we were amazed at the short turnaround time! Thanks again.

Evan communicated with me about his arrival time about thirty minutes ahead of arrival, which was much appreciated. Once on site I explained the issue and he took about :20 to eval and then let me know what services he was suggesting. In this case I thought all the services he suggested were reasonable and called for and I gave him the go ahead to proceed. He finished the work in about forty minutes.
