Ronnie did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the multiple problems in the garage door mechanisms. He could see that the current problems existed because prior repairs had not been completed correctly. Therefore there was no charge for today's repairs. I was very impressed with the transparency and integrity of this technician and this company. I will continue to be a steadfast customer of Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.
