The tech was Evan. He called when 15 minutes from the house. He asked the right questions to understand my concerns, provided an estimate & options after an inspection. We discovered that the bracket to the opener carriage had pulled loose from the door. Rebecca quickly scheduled a tech to come out. He was prompt, and replaced the bracket with what appears to be a much better design. We're very happy with the service
