Excellent customer service and technical proficiency from the start to finish. We were notified in advance of the technician's arrival, with a photo and background/experience information. Mike also called us to update us on is arrival time, which was within the window quoted earlier. Mike clearly knows the "ins and outs" of garage doors, switches, etc. He was prompt, courteous, and there was no wasted motion in his work. In the end he fully explained the repairs made, which included installing a new adjustable operator bracket and installation of a wall console switch. In addition to his work efficiency, the craftsmanship he displayed was excellent. We couldn't be happier with the result!

Chris and the gentleman with him were both very courteous, professional and efficient. They arrived on time and left within a half a day. They were very helpful as well, they showed me how to use my new beautiful garage doors and door openers. The representative, who came on Monday, Jacob, was also very helpful, with taking measurements and showing me different options.I’m so impressed with how quick Precision Garage Doors was able to get these garage doors and openers up and done….within four days. Other places, were back-logged by two to four months.

Bryson is awesome. Our garage door was stuck in the open position so we had a big safety concern. Bryson drove over an hour to get to us & fix the garage door. He was very understanding and got our garage door unstuck & working properly in about 10 minutes. We are so thankful that he turned an awful situation into a Resolved and relaxing one.

I would like to extend my appreciation to Jake Bawden, the technician, who came to my home on Monday, to do measurements and go over options with me, regarding my garage doors and door openers. Jake was courteous, helpful, friendly, and efficient. I was so pleasantly surprised, when he said he could have someone out on Friday to do my install! I had 2 remote control that didn't work even though I took them to Battteries & Bulbs. When they didn't work I took them back to them and said, maybe you put the wrong batteries in this time. But they said they were the right ones. I called Precision garage doors this morning and one of you technician came out within a couple hours and solved the problem. Mike helped in the past fixing my other door and replaced my chain drive with a chamberlain belt drive, works great and Mike did a great job. Yesterdays job Mike was great and fixed the cable and roller issue with my other garage door quickly and to my satisfaction. Great tech and very knowledgeable.

Great results! My garage door was original and had lasted 24 years. Mike diagnosed springs still in good shape - problem was motor. He advised the type to purchase at Home Depot. Not to go too fancy- just what a tech challenged person needed. He installed the new system and added the material at bottom to keep out light and critters. He cleaned up after the job was complete. I appreciated his recommendations and servicing. He noted my door in good shape - however new bearings and motor and lubricant where needed and the new one works great! Pleased customer. Thank you.
