My technician, Sean McCoy, was both professional and courteous. He also was extremely careful to adhere to all the safety directives regarding the COVID-19 subject matter. The person who received my call for repair or replacement of a glass panel on my Amarr aluminium and glass panel door did not listen well to what I requested, having told the person twice what the problem was and that I was not calling for a new door. Consequently, Kat showed up being told she was make a new door sales call. She promptly and professionally accommodated for the problem. She spent considerable time on the phone with her colleagues to evaluate the problem and what needed to be done to service the door. She was great. Hopefully, Precision door will follow up with the necessary service.

We had all parts, sensors & doors and opener replaced and advised we didn’t need to spend the extra money for a door as ours was still in good condition, but needed a tuneup. Excellent customer customer service and lifetime warranty which is transferable should we ever sell our home for a very small fee. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with their garage door and/opener.

Nathan came out on a pre new door call for a temporary spring until the new door would be here due to my being mobility impaired. When he got here he said I didn’t need a whole new door, but that I just needed my door serviced and if I wanted the new opener he would install that at the same time. I was so happy to hear that I don’t really need a new door as I thought!! Very rarely do you find an honest company that forgoes a sale of a complete door for a service repair and opener only and save me the expense of a new door. Thank you!!!

Drew did an excellent job installing a new garage door opener for us. He also fixed a problem he found with the rails impinging on the door rollers as the door was closing. He also gave us a quick response and service when he determined that the motor in the new opener was faulty and replaced the motor. The new opener is working great now, and it is very quiet and smooth, a big improvement.
